    SCRIPT-O-RAMA Enhanced Screenplay Table Reads.

    At 5pm, each sunday night through the month of November, the Jack London will host the reading of a screenplay written by a local screenwriter an read aloud by some of Portland's finest actors. The reading is a multi-media production with slides and music to enhance audience experience..

    Authors will be on hand to meet you and answer your questions.

    Log Line:
    A woman, disinterested in marriage, hires a man to marry her to give her dying mother the opportunity to plan her wedding then ends up falling for him.

    Synopsis:
    When Stella discovers her mother is dying of lung cancer, she decides to hire a husband so her mother can plan her wedding before she dies. Carson takes the job to fund his dream music venue, but neither of them was prepared for the eventuality that they might actually fall for one another. Now, with their wedding day approaching, the little things Stella and Carson omitted about their personal lives threaten to expose their wedding contract and destroy their newfound romance.
